    Maybe you could talk him into a prequel:

    "The battle over psychiatric care period".

    How 30 years of management by the government and the healthcare industry has resulted in one of the worst systems of mental health care in the industrialized world - and getting worse.

    Yes, one of our messages is that it's crazy that we put so much emphasis on involuntary care when it's so difficult for people to get voluntary care in this country!
