This Is Our 300th Post!

Some bloggers announce their anniversaries. We'll do that, too, I've no doubt.

Since April, we've been posting, podcasting, meeting, texting, emailing, dining at Roys (of the restaurant chain), photographing our feet (how nuts is that?), blogging about jails, inmates, psychotherapy, drugs, neurotransmitters, patients, doctors, both, neither, brain anatomy, floor boards, sleepless nights, ducks, our fellow blog-o-land friends, Iowa, The New York Times, The Ravens, movies, TV shows, anything anyhow that we could make sound in any way Shrinky or not.

This is our 300th Post!

  2. The lurid red lettering, the unashamed fishing for congratulations, the almost gleeful display of disorganization... you're a real blog now!

  3. I thought the red lettering was a nice touch too Seamonkey---kind of a John Waters feel to it.

And as Roy is about to say on our next podcast: "Nothing we talk about should ever be construed to mean that we know anything about the topic." Or excellent words to that effect.

  4. Congrats!! I haven't counted my posts in awhile. I missed my 6 month anniversary as well, but this April (I think?) is my 1 year blogiversary! ;)

    Take care,
    Carrie :)

  5. Shrinky Dinks! Why haven't you ever posted on THAT, then? hee hee!

    Congratulations.

Oh hey, if any of you watch Heroes, They have a website for PrimaTech Paper, the place Claire's dad works? And you apply for a job (it's basically signing up for them to send u email clues and extra content about the show, but as if you were applying to work there), but it said that they use the DSMV-IV, or whatever it is, to make sure applicants are suitable.

Oh, and Dinah, now that you are caught up/catching up on LOST, to get ready for the rest of this season, doesn't that show rock, or what? Even tho they go directions I disagree w/sometimes.

Can't wait for the next podcast, either! Sound like you may have already recorded it!

Have you guys ever forgotten to tell a patient you are going on vacation for three weeks, until the patient mentions something about the last time they went on vacation, during the last 20 mins of the last appt. before said vacation?

  10. Congratulations! I've been around for a whole two months today haha! Certainly not very post worthy but I thought I'd mention it for a laugh...

Keep Shrinking! Well, not literally of course.

    Keep Growing, I should say...?

Either way, keep doing what you're doing.

  11. I'm at a meeting in DC today and tomorrow. I'll probably work on the podcast tonight and get it out.

Seamonkey is right... we are now officially shameless, self-promoting bloggers! Nearly 500 iTunes hits yesterday alone looking for our next podcast!? You folks must be really bored.
